Every aesthetic clinic knows the feeling. You repeat the same administrative steps dozens of times a day. Creating records, linking treatment plans, and generating invoices. Each task takes only seconds, but those seconds accumulate. Version 5.16 targets these everyday moments with precision. We refined the workflows you use most, removing small barriers that slow you down without changing how you prefer to work.
Stay in the Conversation with Smart Summary
Consultations rarely follow a script. Patients bring up concerns out of order. Discussions jump back and forth between treatment options and medical history. Yet documentation tools often expect you to complete fields in a fixed sequence.
Quinn AI Smart Summary now adapts to this reality. You no longer need to fill in required case history fields before moving to the next tab. Select your treatment categories and continue. Smart Summary populates the remaining fields after processing, whether you filled them manually or left them for AI. The result is documentation that works around your conversation, not the other way around.
One Click to Duplicate, One Glance to Find Treatment Plans
The “add record” pop-up received a practical redesign. Relevant existing records now appear at the top, ready to duplicate with a single click. Active treatment plans are also immediately visible, so linking a new record to an ongoing plan no longer requires searching through a patient’s full history.
These are small refinements, but they eliminate micro-delays you encounter repeatedly throughout the day.
Invoice Treatment Plans on Your Terms
Quotations serve an important purpose for many clinics. But not every situation calls for one. Some patients confirm immediately. Others have already discussed pricing in a previous consultation. Requiring a quote before invoicing a treatment plan created an unnecessary detour for these cases.
You can now invoice a treatment plan directly when a quote does not add value.
We also added a visible warning when a treatment plan invoice remains unpaid. It appears in the payment tab during treatments, ensuring you always know the current financial status before proceeding.
And we clarified how treatments from a plan appear on invoices. Previously, these showed “paid previously” with a price of zero, which confused patients when the plan was not yet fully paid. Now these items display “from treatment plan” without a misleading amount. Clear communication for your patients and your front desk.
Updates for Dutch Restitution Invoices
Dutch clinics working with insured healthcare will find several improvements. Code lists have been updated and are ready for 2026. A clear “fully paid” indicator now appears on invoices when applicable. The total VAT amount is displayed at the bottom, making invoices easier for patients to understand and simpler to reconcile internally.
Stability and Fixes
This release also resolves issues that some clinics encountered: the scheduler now works correctly in in-app browsers like the Facebook app, Smart Summary suggestions no longer occasionally disappear after being added, alert badge notifications reliably reach practitioners, and viewing multiple weeks with holidays in the planner no longer causes errors.
Your Time, Respected
Version 5.16 reflects a simple principle: your time matters. Every workflow improvement, every removed click, and every clarified interface contributes to a smoother day. And smoother days mean more energy for what actually matters, your patients.
