What Clinicminds does

The main parts of the software are listed below. The features page explains each one in more detail.

  • Medical records (EMR): customisable treatment records, consent forms, treatment drawings, batch numbers, complication registration and prescriptions.
  • Scheduling: colour-coded calendar, free online booking, automatic reminders, deposits and room and equipment planning.
  • Payments and practice management: invoicing, end-of-day cash overview per payment method, stock management, packages and gift cards.
  • Online payments (Stripe): deposits, no-show fees or full prepayment of treatments, for online and manual bookings. Clinics set the payment terms, such as immediately, within a set period after booking or a minimum time before the appointment. Unpaid bookings can be cancelled automatically when the payment period ends. Clinicminds can also send patients a payment link for open invoices or deposits. Patients pay by card or with local payment methods supported by Stripe, such as iDEAL and Klarna, depending on the country.
  • Marketing and communication: CRM, 40+ automated messages and Mailchimp integration.
  • Quinn AI: an AI medical scribe for in-clinic and video consultations.
  • Quality management (QMS): protocols and documents with revision reminders.
  • Integrations and APIs: Stripe, Mailchimp, Sylton Observ, Labplusarts (the Netherlands), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking; calendar sync with Google, iCloud and Outlook; connections with HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive and other tools, some through Zapier; and three APIs (Analytics, Bookings, Triggers & Actions). The full list is on the integrations page.

Who Clinicminds is for

Clinicminds is built for medical aesthetic clinics, skin therapy practices, and clinics that combine medical and beauty treatments. Doctors, nurses, skin therapists and beauty therapists work in one system, each with their own screens. Clinicminds also supports multi-location clinics and international clinic groups.

How pricing works

Clinicminds charges per practitioner, not per user. Reception, assistants and accounting use Clinicminds free of charge. Beauty therapists have a lower rate. Clinics with more than one location pay one fixed surcharge, regardless of the number of locations. An annual subscription gives a 10% discount. Current prices are on the pricing page.
