After testing and using our latest feature – automatic treatment reminders – we see some amazing outcomes. Up till now, a survey is showing more than 10% response on these automated reminders. Patients are asked once during their treatment if they like to receive periodic reminders. If patient agrees the systems sends automatically, according to patient visit behaviour, an email to remind the patient to make an appointment. These periodic reminders should not be confused with appointment reminders that are send 24 hours before the actual appointment.
