Video appointments now work on Samsung browsers
We’ve made online video appointments compatible with the Samsung Browser. Previously, Samsung device users had to switch to Chrome, but now they can join appointments directly from their default browser. Video appointments now work seamlessly across all major browsers.
Smarter, faster dictations
Medical dictation quality has significantly improved. By implementing the latest AI models optimized specifically for medical language, transcriptions are now generated faster and with even greater accuracy.
More time for patients to access attachments
We’ve extended the download period for attachments from 1 week to 1 month. Patients now have more time to access their documents through the secured download page, reducing missed downloads and follow-up requests.
Enhanced invoicing for German clinics
Clinics in Germany can now register justifications when using high factors for GOÄ numbers. When factors exceed certain limits (like 2.3), you can enter the required justification text, which automatically appears on PDF invoices—ensuring compliance and transparency.
Expanded SMS delivery network
For international clinics, we’ve expanded our SMS network connections. Patient SMS messages can now be delivered to an even wider range of countries worldwide, enhancing your ability to communicate with patients wherever they are.
