Clinicminds introduces a new CRM application for aesthetic clinics
February 5th 2014, Amsterdam, Clinicminds, a Dutch software development company, today introduced the first true cloud-based patient relationship management application for aesthetic clinics. The application, that can be used on an iPad (as an app) and on every PC / Mac, is unique as it covers the whole workflow process of aesthetic clinics while offering full mobility.
After a long search for a suitable CRM software package for his own aesthetic clinic, medical aesthetic physician and co-founder Toby Makmel decided to develop the application with a team of software developers two years ago. “At the time, we were looking for an application covering the full clinical workflow, that was user friendly and also affordable for smaller clinics. Much to my surprise I learned that such a product did not exist”. The Clinicminds application was not only designed to deal with patient communications (appointments, reminders, etc.), full treatment registration and invoicing, but also to benefit from client analytics. “Given the importance of analytics for effective marketing and sales campaigns, we wanted it to be a feature of Clinicminds”.
The application has been tested thoroughly for more than a year by industry practitioners and has received enthusiastic response. “The field of aesthetic treatments like Botulinum Toxin, fillers, laser and small surgery is becoming increasingly regulated. Clinicminds software makes it much easier to be in compliance with protocols and regulations” says Mr. Makmel.
The company wants to continue to develop the existing product for clinics around the world, based on the feedback it receives from its users. Clinicminds can be purchased through a monthly subscription fee after a free trial period and is available on the company’s website.
